Yes, you’ll need an iPhone with iOS version 16 or higher, or an Android version 9.0 or higher to have an older driver policy with us.
This is the version name of the operating system on your phone (not the phone itself), which gets updated every now and then.
With an older driver policy, you also need to have the Ticker app, and eventually we stop supporting older operating systems. You can find out which version of iOS or Android your phone has in your settings.
If you're on an older operating system version, you’ll need to update to have the Ticker app.
