When renewal time comes around, we’ll email you and send all your information through the Ticker app. This will include the documents you need to check through. Just review your renewal quote, then tap to renew.
As well as all the usual factors that go into a renewal price, we also take your year’s driving into account – so your renewal is truly personalised.
Remember: we don’t auto-renew your policy, so make sure you renew in the Ticker app to stay covered.
If you have a stick-on Ticker box
If you're renewing your policy, you're replacement stick-on device will arrive around 10 working days from the renewal date, we'll also send you a new adhesive ring.
We'll include instructions for pairing it with your phone and information about recycling the old device.
If it's been longer than than 10 working days and you still haven't received your device for your renewed policy( remember it's from the renewal date, not the date you actually accepted it), then ask to speak to a human and the team will help with that.
If you have a plug-in Ticker device, you won’t need to do anything unless you change vehicles.
