We email you about renewal at least 10 days before your policy is due to end. If you've already had your renewal quote, you can easily renew your policy in your Ticker app.
We give you our best price first time, so you never need to haggle. If you need to make any changes to your policy, you can start a chat from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
