How do I know I'm sending data to Ticker?

How to make sure you're connected and sending data

Your feedback in the Ticker app updates each Monday, so you'll know everything's fine when that comes through. There's also a tick at the bottom of your app dashboard that lets you know you're connected.

If you have a plug-in Ticker device, you just need to make sure it's plugged in securely.

If you have a stick-on Ticker device, check that:

  • All phones for the policy are paired

  • You have your phone in the car when you drive

  • Bluetooth, location services and mobile data are on
