You can use the Ticker app to change your car, update your number plate, change your address, add more mileage or renew your policy.
Updating policy details can affect your premium (either an extra amount to pay or a refund) but there's no admin fee for changes in the app.
If you can't see what you need to do in the app then chatting to us from the Ticker app is the quickest way to reach us and you can start a chat from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
