How do I change things on my Ticker policy?

You can change some things on your policy in the app, but if you need us to help then chatting to us is the quickest way to reach us. If you are contacting us within office hours, just ask to speak to a person and one of the team can help with that. If you are contacting us outside of our opening hours, then you'll need to chat back in later.

Updating policy details can affect your premium (either an extra amount to pay or a refund) but there's no admin fee for changes in the app. Please note: we can't make changes by email, so you'll need to chat to us instead.

We're here to help from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
