Will I receive an email when I make changes or cancel?

  • Policy Cancellation: Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. This will included the cancellation date and information about returning your device.

  • Policy Changes: If you make changes to your policy you will receive an email confirming the changes. Updated documents will also be available in the Ticker app.

  • Anything else: If you've been speaking to the team about something else, any correspondence can be sent via email upon request.

Timeline for Receiving Confirmation Emails

  • Emails are is usually sent shortly after the cancellation is processed. Check your spam inbox if you haven't had an email through. It's also worth checking you've given us the right email address and your inbox isn't full.

  • You'll see updated documents in the app for any changes you have made on your policy.
