Make sure your Ticker app is updated to the latest version to access all features, including the renewal option.
If you have no changes to make to your policy details, you can easily renew your policy in your Ticker app.
How to renew in your app and set up direct debit:
Log in to the Ticker app using the email address registered to the policyholder’s account. Only the policyholder can renew the policy.
Find the renewal tile on the app dashboard. If it doesn’t appear immediately, wait a few minutes for it to load.
Check your price and review your renewal documents.
Make sure your policy details are all correct (start a chat with us if you need to change anything).
Tap to accept your quote and pay or agree your monthly payments.
Your policy won't automatically renew
We don’t automatically renew policies, so you need to renew before your policy end date to stay insured. If you don’t renew, you won’t be insured.
Your price is unique and reflects everything we know about you
Your price at renewal is based on all your personal details, plus your driving style (unless you have a pay-per-mile policy).
We give you our best price first time, so you never have to haggle. If you need any changes to your policy, just start a chat with us.
If you choose to pay by direct debit, follow the instructions in the app during the renewal process to set it up.
Can't renew in the app?
Renewal not appearing: make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If the option still doesn’t appear, wait a few minutes for the renewal invite to load.
Policyholder access: only the policyholder can renew the policy. If the policy is under someone else’s name, make sure they log in to their account.
What if I've missed my renewal date?
If you miss your renewal deadline and your policy expires, start a chat and ask to speak to one of the team.
