How can I make changes to my policy close to renewal?

You'll get your renewal quote from us at least 10 days before the end of your policy. Once we've sent your renewal quote, you won't be able to make changes in the app.

If you need to make a change to the details on your renewal quote (like changing your car or updating your address), just start a chat and we'll get your quote updated.

If you're getting close to your declared mileage but you're within two months of renewal, you don't need to add more unless we've let you know you need to prior to this.

If we have sent you a message about updating your mileage, you'll need to update that by the date in the email.
