We'll stop any annoying messages being sent to you while you're not driving or having trouble with your device.
How to let us know you won't be driving
The best way to let us know is in chat. It helps if you can chat from the app, instead of chatting from our website, this way, we can check your policy details and help you quicker. We may require some proof relating to the reason you are not driving. We'll send a form for you to attach that along with any other information to save you waiting.
